I thought it would be fun to add more photos to my website, pertaining to everday living on Maui.
Hope you enjoy! I'll add more as time goes on... here are just a few for now.
CANOE PADDLING OFF LAHAINA TOWN

I have a Hurricane one-man ... no, one-woman canoe. It's so light!
It weighs 26 lbs. fully assembled. I can easily pick the whole wa'a (canoe) and carry it myself.
This is my favorite past-time and my favorite way to view Maui.

I shot this photo in three parts and stitched them together.
This is my pal, Kathleen, an artist who was also taking a shot of
the West Maui Mountains and Lahaina Village.

Some friends of mine that used to live here on Maui came to visit to escape the cold of their winter and thaw out. Reluctant as they were, I dragged them out on the canoes. When they returned home, they said it was the highlight of their trip.
MAKAWAO TOWN AT NIGHT DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON

I took this photo at night after a dinner at Makawao Steakhouse.
The rain enhanced the shops lit up for the season. It was magical.
REALTORS ASSOCIATION OF MAUI, BUILDS A HOME!

HABITAT FOR HUMANITY
Hawaiian Homelands - Kula, Maui
Our office put together a crew and assisted with installing drywall on this particular Saturday.
Every Saturday a different real estate office, affiliate or group related to the Realtor's Association of Maui assisted in the entire build out, from footings to interior trim. What a great experience! |
