Keep on Time For Showing Appointments Buyer's Tips April 03, 2008
Here in the islands it is customary for the Listing Agent to be present during the showing. Keep in mind that this custom involves your Realtor setting up appointments with several listing agents back to back. If your first home to see is scheduled for 10 a.m., show up promptly so that you can leisurely view that home and proceed on to the next home with possibly another listing agent waiting for you. If you cannot keep an appointment, the correct thing to do would be to call the estate agent and either reschedule the viewing for another time, or cancel.
