The ultra high end real estate market on Maui is hot!  Today, Friday, Jan. 19, four sales over five million recorded in the Kapalua and the Wailea/Makena Resort marketplace. 

A Wailea Highlands home with over 6,000 sq.ft of living area recorded at $6,850,000; an oceanfront residential condo at One Makena Place closed at $8,500,000; a beautiful oceanfront home in Kapalua with nearly 8,000 sq.ft. of living space closed just under $14,000,000 and a stunning kama'aina oceanfront estate in Makena closed at $19,200,000.  Who said Maui's real estate market is softening? The mid-range is taking longer to sell, but the luxury high end market continues to be very robust.
